Shipping Times
We work hard to get your rad orders out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox. Delivery timelines are estimated below:
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (U.S.)
- Ground Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S.)
- First Class Shipping: 1-2 business days (U.S.)
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or high-volume seasons (like holidays or sales events). We’ll always keep you in the loop!
Shipping Rates
We currently ship all orders via USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.
Shipping costs will be shown before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Free Shipping on Orders $100+
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after any discounts are applied).
If you're using a promo code or discount, your order must still total $100 or more after the discount to qualify for free shipping.
This helps us keep things fair and sustainable as a small business, while still giving you a little rad reward for larger orders.
International Shipping
Right now, we’re keeping it close to home—we currently ship anywhere in the U.S.
From big cities to small towns, we’re wrapping the country in radness one cozy order at a time. International shipping isn’t available yet, but stay tuned… we’ve got big dreams and bigger vibes coming.
Preorders
We occasionally offer products on preorder—these are limited designs or restocks available to purchase before they’re ready to ship. Estimated shipping timelines for preorders will always be listed on the product page.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will ship when the preorder item is ready. If you'd like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Special Drops
At Wrapped Rad, we love to keep things fresh. From time to time, we launch limited-edition designs, seasonal collections, or collaborations in what we call “special drops.” These items often sell out quickly and may not return, so if you see something you love—grab it while it’s hot!
Shipping timelines for special drops will be noted on the product page, especially if items are made-to-order or part of a launch window.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier — but we’ll always do our best to help. If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, reach out to us at support@wrappedrad.com and we’ll make it right.
