Wrapped Rad was born in the thick of postpartum—when the world felt gray and I was struggling to find myself again. Dressing my son Lucas in bright, joy-filled outfits sparked something in me. That little burst of color helped me climb out of postpartum depression and reconnect with my creativity, my style, and my purpose. What started as a personal outlet turned into a bold baby brand built to celebrate every kind of motherhood journey—with color, comfort, and a whole lot of radness.

Ugh—we know how frustrating that is, and we’ve got your back. If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, first check with neighbors or your local post office (sometimes packages play hide-and-seek). Still no luck? Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns with animal hair, smoke, strong odors, or visible signs of wear/washing will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the return is deemed invalid upon inspection, Wrapped Rad will not cover the cost to send the item back to you.
Inspection Process:
- All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
- If your return does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to reject it.

We know that sometimes you need a little swap to make everything perfect. That’s why we’ve made exchanging your Wrapped Rad gear super easy!
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges for items with animal hair, smoke, strong odors, or signs of wear/washing will not be accepted.
How to Start an Exchange:
- Email our team at support@wrappedrad.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange for.
- Let us know which product, size, or design you’d like in exchange.
Quick Swap Process:
- Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship your item back to us (return shipping fees will be deducted from your final credit).
- As soon as we receive your original item and verify it meets our eligibility requirements, your new item will be shipped.
Fast-Track Option (Optional):
- Need your replacement faster? You can place a new order for the desired item and return your original for a refund instead of an exchange. This ensures no delays and keeps things moving rad-quick.
Final Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
We have a 7-day damage policy. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🛑 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on certain items. These include:
- Used or washed blankets/swaddles
- Blankets/swaddles removed from original packaging
- Final sale of clearence items
- Custom or Limited-Edition designs (if noted at time of purchase)
Because our products are used close to your little ones, we keep things extra safe and hygienic — which means once an item has been opened or used, it can’t be resold or returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Oh no—we’re so sorry about that! We know how frustrating that can be, and we’ve got your back. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
